How far in advance should I place my order?

For ready-to-ship gifts, we recommend ordering at least 3 business days before your desired delivery date. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact delivery date since we use 3rd party shipping agents.

For custom bulk orders, ideally 2 weeks in advance — but reach out anytime. We’ll do our best to accommodate tight timelines!

What is your return policy?

We take great care to ensure every gift arrives beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. While we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

We offer shipping across Calgary and Canada-wide with a reliable trackable service. For custom or bulk orders, processing time may vary — we'll provide you with a clear timeline during the ordering process.

Local delivery is available within Calgary. While we are not responsible for courier delays once your order is in transit, we’re happy to assist with tracking and support where possible. Please ensure that contact details, addresses and postal codes are accurate while inputting the information to avoid any inconveniences.

Exchange and Return Policy

Because each gift is thoughtfully assembled and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, your experience is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
